Share posts

If you want to share posts on the notice board, you can create a new post via ‘My posts’. The more precise your settings are, the easier it will be for your post to be found. As the notifications are also subscribed to according to these criteria, it is important to fill in the fields correctly.

When writing posts, please note that we do not confirm any content that is discriminatory in any way. We also ask you to consider how the language you use can be as inclusive as possible. Our community is very diverse and we want to work together to make everyone feel welcome.

Title

The title should be as informative as possible so that your post is noticed.

Description

This should contain all relevant information about your post, it is the only text field you have available.

Search/offer

This function is a basic setting. Please note that orders/work can only be published via the ‘Offer’ function. 

Urgent substitution

Sometimes someone falls ill at short notice and is looking for a substitution for an order. If this field is set to ‘Yes’, then all subscribers will receive an e-mail notification immediately and not just once a week.

Sector

The sector is relevant here for the search function and the notifications. Please try to select as accurately as possible. 

City

If your contribution is relevant to a specific city, you can enter it here.

Category

There are 4 categories:

  • Work: only appears if Offer is selected and then opens further fields with the details of the work/order.
  • Education: e.g. if you offer training courses that could be of interest to Smart users
  • Cooperation: do you have an idea and are looking for partners?
  • Resource: do you have a workspace, camera equipment or other resources that you could share with other smart users? Maybe it's easier to finance together?
Work infos

When you select work as a category, certain fields appear. This function allows you to find jobs within Smart. Keep in mind that budget transfers between Smart members are not subject to the Smart Fee. 

 

Other infos

Contact: this is the only contact that appears to others, so please fill it in.

Link: the link should start with https. If your link starts with www., it cannot be clicked in the Smart Portal.

Post active until: As we do not keep information forever, your post will be deleted on this date. The default setting is 3 months.
